a5c7b9f00b A former cop has fallen from grace and is on the run. As Peter attempts to extradite him back to Chicago the cop's former unit commander does his best to see that he never makes it to Chicago alive. Caine accompanies Peter when he's assigned to bring a crooked cop back to be tried. They're traveling by plane but the cop's commander making sure he doesn't get the chance to turn on him makes sure they don't make it by sabotaging their plane. The plane crashes but they survive. Caine and the prisoner are handcuffed together and it's while they are together Caine tries to talk to the man. The commander upon learning that they survived the crash sets out to find them.
